Hello, my name is Shawnta Phillips, but I prefer to go by Tae. I discovered my passion for childcare at 15 years old while working in my neighborhood apartment complex. Since then, I’ve realized that working with children is not just a job, but a gift and a career that I’m dedicated to. I currently hold my Director’s credential and CDA (Child Development Associate) certification. In the future, I plan to pursue my ASA degree in Early Childhood Education and continue training to enhance my skills. As a wife, foster mom, and educator, my ultimate goal is to make a positive impact on the future of early learning and shape the minds of tomorrow’s leaders.
